I have taken my extensive knowledge training of yoga, Pilate's, dance and voice and turned them into a rehabilitation and recovery routine. I have been developing this method for over 15 years. It continues to support and strengthen me, as I move through life exceeding doctors’ expectations.

You will isolate, stretch and strengthen every part of your body. You will learn to work this beautiful vehicles you call 'your body' at your own pace.

Generate excitement

In 2001 I was working as a professional dancer and singer for Universal Studios Japan. 7 1/2 months into my contract a taxi hit me. My career abruptly came to a halt. I spent 9 weeks in a coma. The future looked grim. I have had to rebuild my body, mind and heart, almost completely. It is my mission is to share this knowledge and help others rise above what they think their limits of their bodies, minds and hearts may be. In my experience, discovering your best self is about 10% where you are in life and 90% tenacity!

What people are saying

I had private sessions with Heather and she is incredibly knowledgeable. Heather was encouraging, energetic and made sure I used correct form. The LYBB workout was fun and I noticed a definite improvement in my strength and flexibility. I definitely recommend people try at least one session with Heather Williams and LYBB.

Heathers teaching of LYBB has completely transformed my yoga practice for the better .Heathers immense experience and mastery of her craft are immediately evident in the ease with which she communicates insight and humility and integrity . In class , Heather clearly and intelligently directs my awareness so that I now appreciate the purpose of each position and have a stronger connection with my body and the movement of energy through it . Heather encouraged me to be curious and explore postures , not to adopt a one sizes fits all approach , making for a safer practice . The class was intense , the work goes deep and stays in the body long after the class is over !!
Thank you Heather and I look forward to continuing my journey .
